Mission
I opened Lava Java because I love coffee, obviously. But this business is about more than serving a great latte + the best pork roll sandwich at the Jersey Shore (although that is a big part!). What is most important to me is that every single person who walks through our doors knows that they are welcome and cared for just as they are. Love lives here!

Lava Java has been serving the Jersey Shore community since the summer of 2015. We pride ourselves on our dedication to fresh, local ingredients and making every guest feel like part of the family.
Story
After working for years on the "Mud Truck" in NYC, I was inspired to open my own coffee shop right here in Lavallette! Through much hard work and support from the local community, I was able to turn my dream into the Lava Java shop you know and love today.
